d-centralize B.V. processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide these data to us yourself.

Below is an overview of the personal data we process:

  • First and last name
  • Address details
  • Email address
  • Data about your activities on our website
  • Internet browser and device type

For what purpose and on what basis we process personal data

d-centralize B.V. processes your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Handling your payment
  • Sending our newsletter and/or promotional flyer
  • Calling or emailing you if necessary to perform our services
  • Informing you of changes to our services and products
  • Allowing you to create an account
  • d-centralize B.V. also processes personal data if we are legally obliged to do so, such as data we need for our tax return.
  • The KAT input and results are not recorded or viewed.

How long we keep personal data

d-centralize B.V. will not keep your personal data longer than strictly necessary to realize the purposes for which your data are collected. We use the following retention periods for the following (categories of) personal data:

  • Website usage. For statistics and troubleshooting: 6 months.
  • Invoice data. Obligations to tax authorities: 7 years.

How we secure personal data

d-centralize B.V. takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent any misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification. If you feel that your data are not properly secured or there are indications of misuse, please contact our customer service or via support@itslanguage.nl. d-centralize B.V. has taken the following measures to secure your personal data:

  • Security software, such as a firewall.
  • TLS (formerly SSL) We send your data over a secure Internet connection. You can tell this by the address bar 'https' and the padlock in the address bar.
  • DKIM, SPF and DMARC are three Internet standards we use to prevent you from receiving emails on our behalf that contain viruses, are spam or are intended to obtain personal (login) information.
