For what purpose and on what basis we process personal data
d-centralize B.V. processes your personal data for the following purposes:
- Handling your payment
- Sending our newsletter and/or promotional flyer
- Calling or emailing you if necessary to perform our services
- Informing you of changes to our services and products
- Allowing you to create an account
- d-centralize B.V. also processes personal data if we are legally obliged to do so, such as data we need for our tax return.
- The KAT input and results are not recorded or viewed.
How long we keep personal data
d-centralize B.V. will not keep your personal data longer than strictly necessary to realize the purposes for which your data are collected. We use the following retention periods for the following (categories of) personal data:
- Website usage. For statistics and troubleshooting: 6 months.
- Invoice data. Obligations to tax authorities: 7 years.

d-centralize B.V. takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent any misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification. - DKIM, SPF and DMARC are three Internet standards we use to prevent you from receiving emails on our behalf that contain viruses, are spam or are intended to obtain personal (login) information.
